We are offering for lease the office premises which area is 50 to 7000 m². Subject to your business needs and requirements, you can provide replanning/ rearrangement of your premises in the following two versions: an office system or an open space one. The Business Center has a coffee-room, there are also a notary public office and conference rooms here.

Thanks to location of the Business Center in the center of the city, and due to availability of convenient access and approach roads, the access to the building is rather easy. The personnel having cars can make use of the surface and underground parking areas consisting of 100 individual parking spaces. The Business Center building has 9 storeys. For convenience of visitors and personnel, the building is equipped with elevators.

Matter of Price

The price for lease of the office premises amounts to KZT2700 for 1 m². For lease of the spaces which area is more than 500 m², a flexible discount system is provided.

Favorable terms and conditions of cooperation will be provided for the clients and customers aimed at long-term lease of the premises. For convenience of the lessees, it will be possible to include all possible costs and expenses into the lease price.
